Illuminations in Yokosuka

About 100,000 illuminations are shining from November, 2002 to March, 2003 at the Yokosuka city hall, the central shopping center, and Shioiri station. The situation of the lighting ceremony was held on November 1, and the performances which heaped up they are introduced.

The ceremonies were the musical instrument performance by the kindergartners of Seika kindergarten and the following items.

Mayor Sawada, a chamber of commerce, shopping center managements attend, and the lighting ceremony was celebrated.
The illuminations of the Yokosuka city hall, the central shopping center and the monument tree in front of the Chuo station were lighted simultaneously in 17:00.
A Dixie band marched the shopping center.
