weekdays 8:00 am – 6:00 pm;

weekends and holidays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

  • The Yokosuka Call Center records all incoming phone calls in order to fully understand your inquiries and to constantly improve our services.
  • Not everyone in the call center speaks English; you will be transferred to an English speaking staff. Please stay on the line and wait to be transferred. We can also connect you using three-way-calling to someone who speaks one of twenty-one different languages, such as, Tagalog, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Portuguese, Nepali, Thai, Burmese, French, German, Italian, etc.

What is the Yokosuka Call Center?

The Yokosuka Call Center is an “operator service” providing you with answers to your questions about Yokosuka, such as procedures and systems in Yokosuka City Hall, event info, location of facilities, etc.

If you have any questions about Yokosuka, but they are not related to city hall and you have no idea who to ask, we will try our best in assisting you with your questions.

  7. Are there any places where I can get my residence certificate on a weekend?
