Cans, bottles, plastic bottles
Examples of what can be issued and points to note.
Empty cans/bottles
Leave the labels intact, and
dispose of broken bottles as
“non-burnable garbage”
PET bottles
Containers such as
seasonings with this mark are
also applicable.
Spray cans/cassette gas
cylinders
Always use them up and
dispose of them without
drilling holes.
How to dispose
Empty the bottle,
rinse
it lightly,
Remove the removable lid and
label from
the plastic bottle,
- Plastic lids and labels go to
“Plastic Resources" - Remove metal lids and store
them in "cans, bottles, and
plastic bottles"
Place it in a colorless and
transparent
bag of 45L or less.
- Cannot be shipped in double
bags. - Cans and plastic bottles should
be disposed of without being
crushed,
as this will hinder the sorting
process.
- To dispose of unused spray cans, please contact the customer service center or sales point listed on the product.
- For disposal of unused cassette gas cylinders, please contact the Japan Gas and Petroleum Equipment Industry Association (0120-14-9996).
- Cans containing paint and spray cans should be used up and disposed of as nonburnable garbage.
- If used for crafts, etc. and covered with clay, etc., or if the original shape is not preserved,dispose of plastic bottles as ``burnable garbage'' and cans and bottles as ``non-burnable garbage.''
- Submit "metal other than cans" to collective resource collection
- Syringe needles are dangerous, so please do not put them in plastic bottles and ask a professional to dispose of them.
